UMass Boston’s Learning and Instructional Design Master’s Program
I completed UMass Boston’s Instructional and Learning Design Master’s Program, specializing in the creation of education and training programs for adult learners in professional and academic settings. I explored innovative learning technologies and acquired a robust understanding of corresponding design theories and evaluation methodologies. I produced Instructional Design Documents utilizing the ADDIE model, designed training interventions, onboarding programs, and conducted needs assessments.
This comprehensive Master of Education program emphasized the critical aspects of instructional design, assessment, and evaluation in education and training contexts. I delved into learning theories and essential design principles necessary for effective training and education. I developed the foundational knowledge and skills requisite for a successful instructional design specialist across diverse environments. I successfully completed this rigorous program while concurrently maintaining full-time employment.
The Instructional and Learning Design MEd equipped me with the necessary knowledge to design, develop, implement, and assess learning interventions based on my expertise in the field.
