Capstone

A graduate program capstone project serves as the culmination of your academic journey, encapsulating the knowledge and skills acquired throughout your master's program. It represents a comprehensive demonstration of your understanding and proficiency in your field of study, often requiring original research, practical application, or a synthesis of coursework. As the final assignment, approval of your capstone project signifies not only the completion of your academic requirements but also a testament to your expertise and readiness to contribute to the field. With my capstone project approved, I have successfully earned a Master's in Education, equipped with the tools and insights to make meaningful contributions to the realm of education.

I completed my capstone on Klaviyo’s Partner Agencies Certifications.

Abstract:

Klaviyo, a prominent email marketing automation platform, faces challenges in verifying the

proficiency and certification completion of its agency partners. The absence of a streamlined

verification process and incentives for training completion hampers Klaviyo's ability to ensure

high-quality service provision. This project outlines an instructional design plan to address these

challenges, integrating research-based insights and methodologies. The plan includes a needs

assessment, instructional goals, learning objectives, instructional strategy, and materials design.

By implementing this plan, Klaviyo aims to enhance partner proficiency, streamline certification

processes, and improve customer satisfaction.
