UI UX Bug Bash of New Web Theme Editor
Participated in three bug bashes for the UX team for the new drag and drop page editor, where I completed challenges and wrote about friction points while doing these tasks, for over an hour each. Each time I felt confused while using the new editor, I screenshotted the part of the tool I was in and wrote my question/concern. These notes helped the designers think about the user flow our customers using this new tool will have.
Internal HubSpotters can view the notes I took here and here. For external, I screenshoted various pain points and questions that came to mind while creating a new landing page to show the UX team possible questions our customers will have.
On a similar note, I often attend online UI UX webinars from ‘Thinkful Webinars’. I have learned many valuable lessons from these webinars, and have had a chance to ask professional UI UX designers and researchers questions.
