Partnered with HubSpot UX team for critique and insight in order to create downloadable landing page templates within HubSpot’s marketplace. Researched the best brand standards, created brand persona based on research, designed with the thought in mind that customers will be changing the template to match their own company’s brand standards. As a CSR Design Specialist I know how customers interact with landing pages very well, and designed with these experiences in front of mind. Organized critique with current UI UX designers, changing designs to match and learn from these critiques. Asking questions to better understand how customers will interact with this.
