Assisted the Research UI UX team in transcribing and labeling user interviews.

Tom Reavley, the UX researcher in charge of this project wrote the research goals were, “In past research and interactions, customers have repeatedly stressed the importance of collaborating with others to develop content (landing pages, web pages, blog, KB). HubSpot does little to facilitate content collaboration on marketing teams. We decided to dig deep into our users’ collaboration patterns, pain points and areas of concern (see our research plan for detailed objectives & research questions), and any resulting product opportunities for Content Product Group (CPG) for supporting users' collaboration needs.”

The UX researcher asked questions to customers who frequently edit and publish using the HubSpot CMS, regarding how content is written, organized, transferred into HubSpot and then who reviews and publishes the content. Knowing these research goals, I listened to several different user interviews and transcribed quotes about their current processes for this. I dictated what quotes and information would be helpful for the team as they move forward with this project and organized the needed information into easy to read tables. I assessed what would be helpful for the team based on the main objectives of the research project and what the researchers are looking to learn, in order to improve.
