For this project, I recreated the popular sunglass company's website, for my coding certificate’s final project. During the course of this project, I identified the stakeholders, researched the current usability for the site and designed based on these findings, often meeting with Krewe’s design team to keep the client front of mind.

After meeting with Krewe’s team members, I identified the stakeholders as the board, marketing managers, designers, and customers. I learned this after asking questions about their current website process of approval.

I simplified the NavBar to two options, and used iconography for other options the user might need. I maintained the company's current logo, but chose different typefaces and brand colors, leaving the user to feel familiar but refreshed. I used a combination of product and lifestyle shots to express the company's branding, chic infused with New Orleans quirkiness. I used the company's social media posts to create various collages. I incorporated Jquery to keep the user engaged through movement.
